Although we do not have a big personnel division, it is the accepted policy of our firm

to apply affirmative action wherever possible and within our means, without sacrificing the

standards of our services in any way. It is our conviction that all staff members should be

able to qualify as full and equal professionals, with nothing preventing them from becoming

partners or directors in the firm.
